We just wanted to say a thank you again to you both. You were so great during the whole buying and selling process. We didn't feel pressured at all, but rather very comfortable and informed.  You both knew exactly how to handle the selling of our home from the arrangement of furniture to the offers coming in.  You predicted everything.  And, you continue to share your generosity and thoughtfulness, even 5 years after we've been in our new home.

We originally contacted Paul and LeeAnne, with a view to renting our apartment. We are non-residents of Canada and had purchased the apartment 2 years previously, with a view to eventually settling in Canada, which was not to be. 
 
We telephoned and despite never having had dealings with us before, they made themselves available that evening. We found Paul and LeeAnne to be very friendly, helpful and professional, with endless patience. After a great deal of thought, we decided our best course of action would be to sell the apartment and Paul and LeeAnne, once again, met with us and explained the procedure to us (which as novices when it comes to selling Canadian real estate, was both welcome and necessary).
 
We have been especially impressed with how quickly they found us a buyer. Our property appeared on MLS and within one week we had two potential buyers for our property.
 
The sale process proceeded without any problems, and completion is due on our preferred date.
 
We would both have no hesitation in recommending Paul and LeeAnne Francombe.

Selling of this apartment is very emotional act for our family as we had to admit to ourselves with that deal that we will not be able to come for living to Canada, the best country of the world.

I will of course make sure any of my friends who own or plan to own property in Toronto will apply to you for such an efficient service.
